The cottage is made of stone and set back from the road, making it very peaceful. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge and an american style kitchen with patio doors opening onto the garden. A pine staircase leads upstairs to 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and seperate wc. The large garden contains mature trees, shrubs and flowerbeds, is completly private and has a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The views of the countryside from the garden are lovely. The rear door of the cottage opens onto a gravelled courtyard which offers secure parking. the cottage is located on the edge of the village of ereac. The larger town of broons, with its supermarkets, banks and mid-week open air market, is a 10 minute drive. The nearest cities are dinan and rennes (with a medieval centre) and st brieuc, all accessible by a nearby motorway. in the area surrounding ereac are woods and lakes, and some of the oldest breton villages in the area. The coast, and its gorgeous beaches, is a 35 min drive. The cottage is easily accessible, with the ferry ports of st malo and caen nearby, and dinard airport is 40 mins away

There are a range of activites nearby for all the family. The countryside offers lovely walks, and there are many nearby villages and markets to explore. The surrounding villages have a wide range of restaurants and bars to sample, including the local specialities. There are woods and lakes close to the cottage, some of which have beaches and offer swimming, fishing and sailing. The historic city of rennes is easily accessable, as is the coast which has some of the prettiest beaches in britanny.
